My name is Brianna Meadows, and I am the founder of Unleashed Joy, a soon to be licensed family childcare program proudly serving families in Prince George’s County. I am also a mother, which deeply informs the care, empathy, and intention behind everything we do.

Unleashed Joy was created from a lifelong passion for early childhood education and a strong belief that the early years matter. I began my journey in 2009, earning credentials to teach infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. Over the past decade, I have supported children and families in a variety of roles—including infant and toddler teacher, special needs aide, program coordinator for children with developmental delays, assistant center director, and early learning specialist coaching educators in Washington, D.C.

At Unleashed Joy, we provide a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports the whole child, socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically, and linguistically. Our approach is rooted in play-based learning, strong relationships, and intentional care practices that promote healthy development and joyful learning.
