District 7 Play & Learn Program

Launched in March 2026 by Chair Krystal Oriadha, Unleashed Joy, LLC and Community on the Frontline, the District 7 Play and Learn Program (Learning Circles) is a free, interactive, drop-in program in Prince George's County for children ages 1–4 and their caregivers. It promotes early child development, focusing on speech development and socialization through play-based activities. 

Key Details of the Program:

• Target Audience: Children ages 1–4 years old and their parents/caregivers.

• Focus Areas: Speech development, school readiness, social-emotional growth, and interactive play.

• Structure: 8-week cohort with a celebration ceremony at its conclusion. 

• 1, 2, or 3 sessions weekly (Caregivers choice)

• Purpose: To strengthen families, support early childhood development, and provide a fun, educational environment.
